We are a medium-sized, expanding renewable energy project developer based at the Botanical Garden in Berlin. With our small, international and interdisciplinary team, we work every day to drive the energy transition forward in order to do our part for a sustainable and green energy supply in Europe. We take on all tasks from site identification to plant planning, construction and ultimately the operation of the plants.

Your tasks:
- Identification of new potentially suitable areas.
- Conducting technical and economic feasibility studies for approval processes.
- Negotiation with property owners and municipalities
- Communication with public institutions and authorities
- Participation in town hall meetings
- Support with planning and approval procedures
- Monitoring of external experts
- Securing the grid connection route for the project
- Collaboration with business partners, law firms, external consultants and colleagues
Your profile:
Important: You are enthusiastic about the energy transition and want to actively contribute to its success!
- Completed studies in a technical or commercial field or comparable qualification.
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
- Cooperative working style with independent and responsible working methods
- Willingness to travel internationally

Your tasks:
- Site assessment in the field of photovoltaics and wind power
- Independent handling of the processes for making the building ready in accordance with the project specifications
- Preparation of project calculations, cost estimates and profitability calculations
- Negotiations with project participants, setting up or expanding relevant networks (authorities, companies)
- Examination of building and planning law issues – if necessary, optimization of the B-Plan Perception of
- Client representation Quality, cost and schedule control of projects within the framework of project management
- Control and coordination of all internal and external technical project participants
Your profile:
- Successful completion of a technical degree (architecture or civil engineering) or a comparable qualification
- Building permit authorization
- Analytical and independent working style
- Coordination and control skills and negotiation skills
- Confident use of common MS Office software

Your tasks:
- You take on preparatory tasks for accounting (checking incoming invoices, preparing customer invoices, etc.)
- You take on secretarial tasks independently and organize everyday office life
- You take over the general office organization and are the contact person for all management matters
- You support invoicing and take care of the accounting of travel expenses
- You support the project management in the coordination and implementation of various projects
- As a commercial employee, you will be responsible for the handling of administrative, organizational and project-specific tasks
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office clerk or skilled worker.
- You have project management knowledge and are able to communicate complex issues appropriately.
- You enjoy administrative tasks and have good MS Office skills.
- You have very good German and good English skills.
